If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 calendar days from the day of purchase to request a full refund.
To qualify for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested from our customer service team within 30 days from the date of purchase. To request an RMA, please contact our customer service department at +1 (408) 913-0004.
Product(s) returned to OnSky Health directly must have been purchased from our website, www.onskyhealth.com
Product(s) purchased from any retailer or website other than www.onskyhealth.com must be returned to the original purchase location, in accordance with the return policy of the purchase location.
The customer is responsible for returning the product to OnSky Health to receive a refund.
Returned Product(s) must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged) as per the sole discretion of OnSky Health.
If the Product(s) is returned without an RMA, OnSky Health cannot process your refund.
The product(s) must be returned to OnSky Health within two weeks after the completion of the RMA form to be considered a valid return.
Depending on your financial institution, the processing of your refund can take up to 7 business days to post to your account. The refund will be issued in the original form of payment in which the order was placed. If you no longer have the card you originally used to place your order, your financial institution will issue your refund in check form.
You will be issued an email when your return has been received and processed by OnSky Health.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and it is recommended to receive and hold on to the tracking number for your returned product(s).
Any OnSky Health Product(s) purchased from an unauthorized retailer or website will null and void the return and warranty policy.
OnSky Health reserves the right to change these policies or procedures at any time without notice.
We warrant that if you use our products as they are intended, our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of set up for new products. We do not warrant our products against general wear and tear or damage as a result of misuse, modifications or improper maintenance.
If you believe you have received a defective product, we will either repair or replace the defective product or its defective component part(s) in accordance with the terms of this limited warranty. We warranty the replacement for the remaining unexpired period of the original product’s warranty.
This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product and to products purchased directly from us or one of our authorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law. Our products are legitimately sold only by us and our authorized sellers who are required to follow our policies, procedures, and quality control standards. We reserve the right to reject warranty claims for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized websites. This limited warranty does not warrant that the operation of the product will be uninterrupted or error-free.
