Subscription is optional
SkyPad can work without subscription. However, if you need special alerts including telephone calls and SMS messages for certain conditions, then the Urgent Care Alert Service (or Alert Subscription) may significantly improve the safety of your loved one.
Emergency Events
Emergency Events are detected based on the conditions that are abnormal or out of range set by user:
- SOS Button for Assistance
- Body Convulsion
- Heart Rate
- Room Temperature
- Room Humidity
Additional Emergency Events if using SkyBand:
- SPO2 (Oxygen Saturation) and Heart Rate from SkyBand (add-on wearable)
To send alarm / alerts / calls for SPO2 from SkyBand, customer must sign up for Premium Plan.
Setting for Alert Ranges and Sensitivity Levels are adjustable by user.
